• Video conferencing: Conduct private virtual coaching sessions with clients regardless of location using our integrated video conferencing capabilities with no additional logins required by you or your client (Q1 2023). Coming in Q2 it will be fully integrated so no need for app downloads by you or your client to access your video coaching sessions.
• Unlimited Coaching Offers: Each coach has different offers and price points in their practices. We will let you set up your offers your way so clients can purchase them directly (late Q1 or early Q2 2023)
• A new capability for your coaching practice: Become certified to conduct assessments for individuals clients to help them plan their coaching and competency development strategies. Conduct Strategic Diversity Analytics for teams and the C-suite to enable discovery of their strategic strengths and vulnerabilities for organizational growth, innovation and strategy. These assessments will enable you to develop deeper and longer term relationships with your clients. You will also be able to add business to fill in gaps in your coaching practice by conducing assessments on behalf of The Hive with some of our larger clients (more coming soon on this!)
